Очень уютное, компактное, обогревается теплым полом. Что очень комфортно после подледной рыбалки зимой. Охота весной и осенью. Летом самое теплое море, парные морепродукты. Прогулки на катере и экскурсии на острова.

Все было отлично. Из пожеланий - на сайте неправильно указан адрес. Пришлось поколесить по округе и звонить собственнику, чтобы всё-таки найти базу)) в остальном никаких вопросов.

Advantages:

Отличное место с удобствами. Хорошая точка для остановки, чтобы посмотреть Посьет. С нами была комнатная собачка, доплатили 500 рублей, чтобы взять в дом.

Хорошо. Как на даче. Все необходимое есть.

Думаю, что не помешали бы указатели или какие-то опознавательные знаки как найти.
