Advantages:

Отличная квартира для проживания 4 человек. Во время нашего проживания в июле 2022 года не было горячей воды, но бойлер в ванной комнате справлялся прекрасно, если расходовать воду экономно. Хозяйка Татьяна добросовестно заполнила договор, всё рассказала и показала. Холодильник и плита работают исправно. Телевизором не пользовались.

Disadvantages:

Недостатков нет. Надо иметь в виду, что город располагается на сопках и, если на ближайшую остановку общественного транспорта идти под горку, то обратно в достаточно крутую горку. Если передвигаться на такси, то такой проблемы нет.
