Уютная, абсолютно новая квартира с хорошим ремонтом и всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха. Также для наших гостей имеется парковочное место в паркинге на - 3 этаже дома, которое уже включено в стоимость. Для детей в квартире есть некоторые развлечения (пазлы, конструктор, мозаика и др. игрушки). Во дворе дома есть детская и баскетбольная площадка. Вид из окон квартиры выходит на остров и мост Русский, до которого можно добраться на авто за 15 минут. До центра города так же 15 минут. Ближайший магазин в 5 минутах хотьбы в соседних домах. Квартира оснащена всеми необходимыми электро приборами, а так же всегда чистой и выглаженной постелью, полотенцами и средствами гигиены. Если вы планируете заезд с питомцем, пожалуйста напишите мне сообщение для согласования брони.
