Телевизор на Яндекс ОС. При необходимости бесплатно подключу Яндекс плюс на время проживания.

Документы о проживании предоставляются по запросу бесплатно (от самозанятого).

Двуспальный диван-кровать. Односпальные кровати - раскладушки 186х80 см.

Проживание с животными не допускается.

Шум после 22.00 не допускается.

Курение возможно только на улице, в квартире, в т.ч. и в вытяжку, на балконе, не допускается. Срабатывает пожарная сигнализация.

В случае поступления жалоб от соседей на нарушение тишины и курения, в т. ч и в вытяжку и на балконе производится выселение из квартиры, оплата за проживание и залог не возвращается.

Залог возвращается после выселения после уборки квартиры, если все сохранено и не испорчено, а так же соблюдены условия по проживанию.
