А также дом расположен недалеко от моря. Дорога до пляжа пешком займет 15 минут. Вокруг несколько доступных пляжей: пляж около ДВГМА, зона отдыха с бассейном с морской водой на Сипягина и пляж на Маяке.
Курить в квартире запрещено.
