В шаговой доступности вся инфраструктура- продуктовые магазины, супермаркет, аптека.

Остановка автобуса в двух минутах ходьбы.

Квартира сдаётся только гостям города и командировочным. Наличие документа удостоверяющего личность обязательно. Квартира не предназначена для проведения торжеств и вечеринок. В квартире строго запрещено курить.
Заселение в 14 часов, выезд в 12 (возможно раннее заселение и поздний выезд, оговаривается индивидуально).
