Advantages:

Все что нужно есть. Все целое. Пока ещё новое))). Посторонних запахов не нет. Я про канализацию. Кондиционер зверь. Дует отлично. Диван большой. Вдвоем спать норм. Минимум посуды есть. Печь есть. Чайник есть. Микроволновка есть. Вытяжка есть.
