Advantages:

Квартира в старом доме, ремонт максимально приближен к эпохе когда дом строился) Очень удобное расположение. Жили по факту один день, для такого пребывания квартира устроила более чем.

Advantages:

Место расположения квартиры - в самом центре города, множество хороших мест вокруг. В шаговой доступности достопримечательности города.

Disadvantages:

Квартира лучше подойдет для размещения нескольких человек - она кажется огромной для одного. Отделка выполнена в темных тонах, вечерами может не хватать яркости освещения.

Advantages:

Location, tho the building itself needs maintenance(some paint, more light, cleaning in general)

Disadvantages:

Expectation vs reality: the experience in the apartment was not pleasant. Total disappointment, for a good reason they put few photos. And if at least the cleaning had been good, that could have improved the experience. 1- they left the wet sheets in the living room. And there was the smell of damp. Who in their 5 senses would think of leaving wet clothes in a closed room before guests arrive. 2- the room not only smelled of damp but also of sweaty and of crooked feet. 3- the sofabed also smelled bad and was very dusty. We had to buy cleaning supplies so we could sleep on the couch. 4- the sheets were not complete and when calling Alexis he did not know how to respond and closed the call. He obviously doesn't know his own apartment. 5- they only gave one key for an apartment that offers accommodation to 7 people. 6- if you are a person with allergies, i do not recommend the place. 7- the nights are very noisy, not recommended for light sleepers.
