Advantages:

Красивая квартира с оригинальным дизайном. Отдельная спальня с шикарным видом на город. Большая кухня- гостиная. Есть все необходимое.

Disadvantages:

Нет гладильной доски, старый ужасный утюг. К квартире это не относится, но сам дом- старый, вонючий подъезд, страшненький лифт. К дому ведёт узкая дорожка, которую только с навигатором можно найти, парковочных мест очень мало.
