Advantages:

Действительность соответствует фотографиям, очень доброжелательная хозяйка, не смотря на позднее заселение и опоздание с нашей стороны не было никаких претензий, все заявленные бытовые электро приборы работают, есть фильтр для воды. Хорошо за эти деньги.

Disadvantages:

Расположение не очень удобное ( это скорее не недостаток а факт который надо учитывать ). В душевой кабинке одна дверца надломана и не закрывается, очень тонкие стены, слышно вообще все что делают соседи. Очень маленький телевизор.
