Дом стоит отдельно, поэтому для семей с детьми самое то, находится в центре города, можно пешком дойти до Арбата и гулять каждый день на набережной, есть возможность заселиться раньше, мы были с четырьмя детьми, прибыли в город в 5 утра, нас заселили в 9 утра, чему были рады и взрослые, и дети, в доме есть всё необходимое для проживания, чисто и уютно, совсем рядом есть продуктовые магазины, поблизости есть столовая и китайская кухня.
