Второй этаж дома (первый жилой) это уютные апартаменты с оригинальным авторским дизайном, в стиле loft, состоящие из трёх спальных комнат и гостиной. В каждой спальне имеется своя ванная комната. Одна из комнат выполнена студией. Имеет лоджию, кухонную зону с холодильником, посудомоечной машиной, барным островом и кондиционером. В доме теплые полы, телевизор, wi-fi. Есть детский стульчик и кроватка для детей до 2- лет. Дети до 2-х лет проживают бесплатно. Во дворе имеется бесплатная парковка на 3 машины. Есть зона для мангала.
Максимальное количество проживающих 9 человек. За каждого гостя свыше 6 человек берется доплата.
