Advantages:

Отличный вид из окна! Ответ хозяина на запрос! Магазин рядом (можно все купить! ) до центра ходят автобусы и такси!

Disadvantages:

Ночью шумно с открытым окном (терминал работает круглосуточно), если выезд ночью, то такси вызывайте заранее!!!
